Volnat Farm grows berries, fruit and nuts near Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi, turns the harvest into jams and preserves, sells fresh produce in our farm shop and wholesale, and rents storage, trucks and farm machinery to neighbours.

When is the season?
Strawberries from late May, cherries in June, apricots in July, walnuts in September. Preserves all year.
Can I pick my own?
Pick-your-own days run in strawberry season; ask us for dates.
Do you supply shops?
Yes, fresh fruit and preserves wholesale, with cold storage and our own trucks.
Can I rent a tractor?
Yes, tractors, sprayers and trailers are available to rent, with or without an operator.

VOLNAT FARM, TOV ("Volnat Farm", "we") grows berries, nuts and fruit, processes and preserves fruit and vegetables, trades fruit and vegetables retail and wholesale, operates storage, provides transport support, and rents farm machinery, trucks and property. This policy explains how we handle personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the GDPR.

2. Customers
Shop sales are recorded without personal data. For orders and wholesale: contacts, delivery addresses and invoices.
3. Food traceability
We record which batches of fresh produce and preserves went to which business customers, as food safety law requires.
4. Rental customers
Identity and licence details of renters and operators, contracts, deposits and GPS data of machinery where fitted.
5. Seasonal workers and pick-your-own visitors
Visitor registration for safety on pick-your-own days; employee data under labour law.
6. Purposes and grounds
Performance of contracts, legal obligations (food safety, tax), legitimate interests (machinery security).
7. Recipients
Couriers, banks, authorities where required. We do not sell personal data.
8. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
